And if so, then how would you picture your lives merging?

What Cities are the best for vegans to live in? If we are talking about major cities United states edition i would say Atlanta, Las Vegas, New York, and California would be my top cities to choose. They each have so many options for plant-based and vegan living. From regular grocery shopping to restaurants and even fruit stands. The last time i visited New York there was a fruit stand on almost every corner. There were small shops where fresh fruit was always the first option i would see walking into any of the stores. I visited california and it was the same, the highlights on menus were plant-based options and they didn't hide the options at the bottom of the menus like lots of other places tend to do. Looking at a lot of the menus, the center would list the vegan or vegetarian options making it so easy to see the things i could eat. They even would often have options for gluten free and paleo.

It's a chipotle inspired rice bowl. Its Black beans, chickpeas, corn, rice with crushed tomatoes and it think it goes without saying that i season it with everything in the arsenal of seasonings. Made in one single pot on a low simmer. I also add some chopped onions and bell peppers. The smell alone makes me crave it even more. It's a lazy meal because it's made in one pot, i throw the ingredients in, set a timer, and forget about it until the timer has gone off. I can be as lazy or as productive as i want to be all while making a healthy and delicious meal. 😊😋
